- An all-in-one model. A single file can include architecture, furniture, and MEP — instead of isolated files spread across different consultants.
- Built to verify. Use it to confirm square footage and equipment counts.
- LOD 200+. Modeled to a Level of Development of 200 or above.
What BIMIT is not
- A service that requires a unique estimate for every job.
- Something delivered in weeks or months.
- Priced by the hour or as a lump sum.
- A set of isolated, consultant-by-consultant files.
- An inaccurate or incomplete model.
- A construction-grade model at LOD 100, 300, 400, or 500.
