How Pricing Works

Understand how SCANIT and BIMIT orders are priced: the live itemized estimate, what drives the cost, the 50% deposit, and how to share a quote.

IPX pricing is standardized, not quoted. Every SCANIT and BIMIT order is priced by the same rules, and you see a full, itemized estimate in the order wizard before you commit to anything. There are no hourly fees and no lump-sum proposals to wait on.

Where you see the price

1

Open the order wizard

In the left sidebar, under Services, click Get verified as-builts. The itemized estimate appears alongside Step 1 — Scope and stays visible while you configure the order.

2

Read the itemized estimate

Every scope, deliverable, and add-on you select gets its own line item showing its cost, its price per square foot, and its production timeline. Line items roll up into a subtotal per service, and the total shows the complete price and the expected timeline in days.

What drives the price

The estimate recalculates instantly whenever you change:

  • Square footage. The primary driver. Most line items are priced per square foot.
  • Scope. Architecture is always included; Furniture, MEPF (Standard or Complex), exterior scopes, and Site each add their own line.
  • Deliverables. The Revit model, point cloud, and optional floor plans.
  • Add-ons. Each add-on shows its price before you select it, so you can see the cost impact immediately.
  • Service type. A SCANIT order includes our technicians scanning your building on site. A BIMIT order models from scan data you already have, so on-site scanning costs don't apply.

Volume rates and minimums

  • Larger projects earn lower rates. Per-square-foot pricing is tiered by project size: as square footage grows, the rate drops. When a volume discount applies, the estimate shows the original rate crossed out next to your discounted rate.
  • Small items have minimums. Some line items carry a fixed minimum, marked Fixed Rate on the estimate, so very small projects stay viable to produce.
No surprises

The estimate you see in the wizard is the price you pay. It only changes if you change the order.

Deposit now, balance on delivery

You pay a 50% deposit to confirm the order. The remaining balance is invoiced when your deliverables are completed. Your invoice is always available from the Activity tab, where you can also download a PDF copy.

Share or save an estimate

You don't have to order right away:

  • Click Send Estimate to email the itemized quote to yourself (Send only to me) or to a teammate, with an optional message.
  • The estimate includes a link that reopens the order wizard with your exact configuration, so you or a colleague can pick up right where you left off.
  • Estimates are honored for up to 15 days with proof of the emailed estimate.
  • Unfinished orders are saved as drafts you can resume later from the Activity tab.

On an enterprise plan?

Organizations on an IPX enterprise plan see plan-covered scopes marked as included in the estimate, and only on-demand add-ons are billed per order. If you'd like to talk about a plan for your portfolio, contact us at support@integratedprojects.co.
