Two small friction points in the project viewer are now fixed: finding the right model to review, and reading through a busy activity feed.
Before this change, any org member who could access the service request flow could also complete payment and create an invoice — with no check on whether they had the authority to do so.
When opening a site monitoring project, the viewer used to land on the first level alphabetically — which was often empty — leaving you looking at a blank canvas until you manually picked a level that actually had photos.
Three small but noticeable issues in the site monitoring viewer have been corrected.
Level dropdowns in the **Site Monitoring** and **Images** tabs previously used a different visual style than the date and comparison dropdowns next to them, making the toolbar feel inconsistent.
Two related issues in the service request flow could produce incorrect quotes or drop you into a half-finished order unexpectedly.
Submitting a point cloud for floor-plan processing required guesswork about accepted file formats, size limits, and what the output is actually for. The upload page now answers those questions up front.
Finding the right floor to review was a guessing game — you'd pick a level from the dropdown without knowing how many photos were actually captured there.
Switching between CAD files used to mean hunting through a flat list of file names. The CAD viewer now organizes drawings by building level and tracks version history per file — the same way the BIM viewer already works.
Starting a service request and then closing the modal meant losing your selections — you'd have to start over if you got interrupted before submitting. A few related rough edges in the ordering flow are also addressed here.
Starting a BIMIT order and tracking it through processing now has a consistent look across the platform — the plan page, the processing modal, and the completion email all follow the same visual style.
Tracking a BIMIT job used to show three stages, leaving the final deliverable — the CAD floor plan — outside the modal entirely. The pipeline now surfaces all four stages in one place, so you can follow your point cloud from raw scan to finished drawing without leaving the platform.
When a BIMIT job finished, assigning it to your project required that the location already existed in your account. If it didn't, you had to leave the flow, create the location separately, and start over.
In map view, the total building count and status filter appeared separately from the view toggle buttons, making the controls feel inconsistent with list and grid views.
Previously, mismatched passwords in the sign-up form weren't flagged until after you attempted to submit — leaving it unclear why the account wasn't being created.
After completing the sign-up form, some users landed on a blank page instead of being told to check their email. The verification screen now appears as expected, with options to resend the verification email or go back and use a different address.

Managing images attached to a location used to mean acting on one file at a time, with no clear way to organize them by room or see at a glance how many assets each tab held. These four updates to the Images tab fix all of that.
Until now, getting a completed model into Procore meant downloading files from the platform and uploading them manually. You can now connect your Procore account directly, browse your Procore project folders, and send models there without leaving IPX.
Tightened authentication and authorization across several areas of the platform to prevent unauthorized access to organization data, notifications, and shared content.
Switching from the BIM tab to the Scan tab and back sometimes left the BIM viewer in an error state, requiring a manual retry click before the model would reload.
Opening a scanned location used to involve several rough edges: a blank flash when the loader disappeared, the camera sometimes framing the wrong part of the model on first load, and a crash if you switched organizations before the viewer had a chance to initialize.
Several issues in the sign-up and email verification flow have been corrected.
Switching between floors in the BIM viewer used to hide geometry above or below a level — now the viewer slices the model precisely at the selected floor's elevation, giving you a clean, floor-plan-style cross-section without losing context.
Several issues affecting the BIM viewer, quota checks, and PDF downloads in BIMIT reports have been corrected.
Three related issues when switching between organizations are now resolved.
When invitation emails get blocked by corporate firewalls or spam filters, the people you've invited have had no way to accept access without that link arriving in their inbox.
Two small rough edges in the viewer and sidebar are now resolved.
Large 360° panoramas were failing to open, and site monitoring thumbnails were slow to appear — especially on tabs with many images.

Export models directly to Autodesk Construction Cloud
Getting finished models into Autodesk Construction Cloud meant downloading files from IPX and uploading them manually. Now you can push models directly from the viewer without leaving the platform.
