The service request flow now includes a contract signing step. When you reach Step 3: Review, you'll see a summary of your scope and team selections, followed by a signing card at the bottom of the screen. Click Sign Agreement to open the contract in a modal overlay — sign directly there without leaving the page. Once you've signed, a confirmation card appears with a Download button so you can save a copy. The Proceed to Checkout button stays inactive until the agreement is signed, so payment and a completed signature always go together.
A few things worth knowing about how the flow handles scope changes and interruptions:
Scope lock after signing. Once you've signed, Step 1 (scope selection) is locked. If you try to navigate back to it, a warning will let you know. Step 2 (team selection) remains editable — adjusting your team doesn't affect the signed agreement.
Changed your mind on scope before signing? You can still go back from Step 3 to Step 1 and make changes. When you return to Step 3, the signing form will reflect your updated scope automatically.
Picking up where you left off. If you close the modal before finishing — whether before or after signing — you can resume from exactly where you stopped. Unsigned orders resume at Step 3 (Review); orders that are signed but not yet paid resume at Step 4 (Pay). You'll also find a Resume button on any pending order cards in the Activity tab, so you don't need to hunt through your projects to continue.
