What's different now
Group header counts — for Status, Space Type, and State — are now computed from your full dataset, not just the locations currently visible in the sidebar. If you have 1,200 locations and only 50 have loaded so far, the header still reads 1,200. The count is always authoritative.
Scrolling now loads locations progressively. The sidebar fetches an initial batch, then automatically loads more as you scroll toward the bottom. There's no button to click and no page number to track — the next batch appears as you reach the end of the current list.
Search works the same way. When you type in the sidebar search field, both the location cards and the group counts update together based on your search term. You won't see a count that disagrees with what's actually shown.
How to use it
Open the sidebar as you normally would. If your portfolio is large, you'll see an initial set of location cards load immediately. Scroll down and more cards appear automatically. The count shown in each group header reflects the full filtered set at all times — including while more cards are still loading in below.
To filter by group, use the Group by control (Status, Space Type, or State) at the top of the sidebar. Each group header shows a count badge. That number comes from the server and is consistent with the search term currently applied.
What to know
Locations are ordered by most recently created, newest first. Switching organizations resets the sidebar and loads the new org's locations from the top. Mobile behavior is unchanged — selecting a location still closes the sidebar automatically.
If you've been working around inaccurate sidebar counts by refreshing the page or clearing filters, this change removes that need. The numbers are now correct on first load and stay correct as you filter or scroll.
