Viewer state now persists across tab switches. When you move between the CAD and BIM tabs, neither viewer reinitializes. Pan position, zoom level, and any active view state stay exactly where you left them. The switch is immediate.
CAD files (DWG and DXF) are now cached locally in your browser after the first load. Returning to a file you've already opened — even after switching to other locations and back — pulls from that cache rather than downloading the file again. The cache holds up to 200 MB of files using a least-recently-used strategy, so older files are dropped automatically as you work through a large project. If a file is updated or re-uploaded, the cache is cleared for that file and the latest version loads automatically.
Locations adjacent to the one you're currently viewing are fetched in the background as you browse the sidebar. By the time you click into the next or previous location, its data is typically ready. This makes stepping through a multi-floor or multi-wing project faster without any extra steps on your part.
No settings to configure — these changes apply automatically in the viewer. If you're working through a portfolio with many locations or regularly comparing CAD and BIM views side by side, you should notice the difference immediately.
