RCS is a common output format from Autodesk ReCap and several major scanner workflows — but until now, uploading an RCS file meant converting it first or requesting a workaround. You can now upload `.rcs` files directly.

Open any project, click Upload, and select Scans as the asset type. Drag your

RCS files that were previously held back or converted before upload can now go in as-is. If you've been working around the missing format by exporting to E57 first, that extra step is no longer necessary. All other upload behavior — file size handling, project association, post-upload processing — is unchanged.
