When working across multiple organizations, the upload modal used to show every location you had access to — across all orgs — making it harder to pick the right one quickly. And on smaller screens, the upload action wasn't easy to find at all.
Both of those gaps are now closed.
Location list scoped to your current org. When you open the upload modal, the location selector now shows only the locations that belong to the organization you're currently working in. Switching organizations in the sidebar updates the list immediately — you won't see locations from other orgs mixed in. This keeps the picker short and avoids selecting the wrong building by accident.
Upload action added to toolbar overflow menus. The "Upload" option now appears in the three-dot overflow menu on each tab toolbar — Scan, BIM, Images, and Map. On mobile, where the main toolbar collapses to save space, this is the primary way to reach the upload flow. On desktop, it's a secondary shortcut alongside the existing upload entry points. Tapping or clicking Upload from any of these menus opens the modal with your current organization and, where applicable, the current location already pre-selected.
To upload from the toolbar: open any tab (Scan, BIM, Images, or Map), tap the ⋯ overflow menu at the right end of the toolbar, and select Upload.
