Getting a service agreement signed has often meant chasing down the one person with authority to sign — who may not be the same person placing the order.

Getting a service agreement signed has often meant chasing down the one person with authority to sign — who may not be the same person placing the order.
Copy signing link is now available on the signing step of the service request flow. Once you've filled in your order details and reached the agreement step, click the share icon to copy a direct link to the signing form. Send it to whoever is authorized to sign — a department head, procurement contact, or finance lead — and they can open it and sign without needing an IPX account.
The signer will see a clean form with the name, email, and billing contact fields left blank, ready for them to fill in. These fields are intentionally not pre-filled from your account details, so there's no risk of the wrong name or billing address ending up on the signed document. Once the signer completes the form, the agreement is recorded against your project automatically.
On your end, the project picks up where it left off: the signed date is captured, and the next steps in fulfillment proceed without any manual intervention on your part. You don't need to follow up or confirm that the signature was received — the project status updates as soon as the form is submitted.
A few things to know: the link grants access to the signing form only — it does not give the recipient access to your project, your files, or any other part of your account. If a project receives more than one signed agreement (for example, if the link was forwarded to multiple people), only the first valid submission is recorded; subsequent ones are ignored. The signed document will appear in your project as a downloadable file once the signature is complete.
