ImprovedOnboard
Share a direct link that opens the service request form
Previously, sending a colleague a link to the platform dropped them on the dashboard with no indication of what to do next — they had to find and open the service request form themselves.
Now, any link with
?sr=open appended will open the service request form automatically when the recipient loads the page. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar while the form is open and send it directly — the form will be waiting for them when they arrive, with no extra navigation required.
The address bar now also reflects the form's state in real time. When you open the form,
?sr=open appears in the URL. When you close it, the parameter clears. This means browser history works as expected: the back button closes the form rather than leaving the page entirely.
Existing flows are unchanged. Links that restore a saved estimate or carry over a service request from a previous session still open the form automatically, as before.
