Multi-building orders. You can now add more than one building to a single service request. Each building gets its own floor/level configuration — add or remove buildings as needed before moving to the next step. If you only have one building, the form works exactly as before.
Reference file uploads. The form now includes a file upload area for additional references — existing drawings, plans, or any other documents that help describe the scope. Files upload directly from your browser with a live progress bar. If a file fails, a retry option appears inline. You can remove any file before submitting. Uploaded files are attached to the order and carried through to the delivery team.
Special instructions. A free-text field in step 1 lets you add notes to the order — scope clarifications, access restrictions, delivery preferences, or anything else the team should know. Whatever you write here is saved with the order and visible throughout the fulfillment process.
Inline property type. The property type field now pre-fills from the location you selected, so you don't have to re-enter information that's already on file. If the pre-filled value isn't right, you can change it directly in the form — the update is saved back to the location so future orders start with the correct value.
All of these fields — buildings, uploaded file references, special instructions, and property type — are preserved if you reload the page or share the order URL before submitting, so you won't lose work mid-form.
