Picking up where you left off. If you start a service request, close the modal, and come back later, a Resume payment banner now appears at the top of the modal. It restores your pending order so you don't have to re-select your deliverables and options from scratch. This covers any order that was started but not yet confirmed.
Add-on descriptions. Each deliverable in the order flow now shows a short description beneath its label. This gives you a clearer sense of what's included in each add-on before you commit, without having to leave the modal or open a separate help article.
BIMIT Plan is now always included. The BIMIT Plan appears at the top of the deliverables list and is locked on for every order. It reflects the baseline processing included with every submission, so there's nothing to toggle — it will show as $0 alongside your selected add-ons.
Fast Track is temporarily paused. The Fast Track option is still visible in the order flow but is marked Coming Soon and cannot be selected at this time. If you were counting on expedited turnaround, check back — it will return. Standard delivery timelines remain in place.
Safer retries. If a payment submission fails partway through and you retry, the flow now checks for an existing pending project before creating a new one. You won't end up with duplicate entries in your project list from a failed-then-retried submission.
To place an order, open any project and select Request service, or start a new request from the dashboard. If you have a pending order in progress, the resume banner will appear automatically when you open the modal.
