Four specific issues are now resolved. First, timeline estimates for BIMIT services and add-ons were calculated as if all items ran in parallel, while the cost total treated them as sequential — the two are now consistent. Second, the tier-matching logic that determines your per-sqft rate now uses the same sorted lookup everywhere, so a gap in coverage no longer resolves to $0 and both the headline figure and the line-item breakdown always land on the same tier. The fast-track premium is also now applied uniformly across both views. Third, the Site Area Coverage input is no longer tied to your interior square footage — it operates within its own range and can be set independently. Fourth, add-on items priced on site area (such as Exterior Signage) were previously costed against interior square footage instead; they now use the correct basis, which also fixes the discrepancy between the breakdown total and the "updated contract value" shown when a change order is generated.
No previously submitted orders or saved data were affected by these corrections.
