Point cloud uploads now accept files up to the advertised 30 GB limit

The BIMIT upload panel advertised a 30 GB file size limit, but the actual limit enforced was 20 GB — files between 20 GB and 30 GB were rejected with a "File too large" error.

Files up to 30 GB are now accepted when submitting a point cloud through the BIMIT upload modal. If you previously hit a rejection error uploading a large

or similar file that you expected to be within the stated limit, you can retry that upload. Files above 30 GB will still be rejected; the error message now reads "Maximum size is 30 GB" on both the client and server.
