The "Report" tab is now labeled "PDF" and has two controls side by side: a type picker and a version picker. The type picker lists the categories present for that location — Area Plan, Auto Floor Plan, Schematic, Location Report, and Uploaded. Selecting a type narrows the version picker to only the assets in that category, so you're never picking a schematic out of a list that also includes area plans.
Labels throughout are derived from what the asset actually is, not its internal filename. For per-level documents — area plans or auto floor plans broken out by floor — each row shows the type and level together (for example, "Area Plan — Level 2"). For other types, the label is the type name or, for manually uploaded files, a cleaned-up version of the filename with UUID prefixes and ISO timestamps stripped. Raw UUID strings no longer appear anywhere in the tab.
The type picker only shows categories that have at least one asset — if a location has no schematic on file, Schematic won't appear in the list. This keeps the picker short and relevant regardless of how many document types a project accumulates over time.
One thing to know for shared locations: if you've sent a share link to someone outside your team, the PDF tab is still fully functional for them, but all documents appear under the Uploaded category for now. The type breakdown is available only inside the full platform view. That parity gap is tracked and will close in a future update.
