Before this change, filling in mobilization details required working through a slide-over sheet that appeared at a specific point in the project timeline — meaning you couldn't revisit or update those details without hunting for the right action at the right moment.
Mobilization details now have a dedicated Mobilization tab inside the project hub for every SCANIT project, sitting alongside the existing Timeline and References tabs. You can open it, fill it out, or edit it at any time — not just when the timeline prompts you.
How to use it
Open any SCANIT project and look for the Mobilization chip in the project hub tab bar. The tab shows one of two states: an editable form if details haven't been submitted yet, or a summary view once they have.
To fill in details for the first time, open the tab and complete the form, then save. To update previously saved details, click Edit details — the form re-opens pre-populated with what's already on file. You can cancel without saving to leave the existing details unchanged.
If you click the fill_mobilization action in the project timeline, it now takes you directly to the Mobilization tab rather than opening a separate sheet. Everything stays in one place.
What to know
The Mobilization tab only appears on SCANIT projects. BIMIT and BIMIT Engine projects are unaffected and will not show the tab. There are no changes to what information the mobilization form collects — only where and how you access it.
