Inviting a team member as an external stakeholder now shows a clear error
If you tried to share a project with someone who already belonged to your organization, the invite modal would silently fail or surface a cryptic error with no guidance on what to do next.
The invite modal now recognizes when the email address you enter belongs to someone already in your organization and immediately shows a clear message explaining the conflict. Rather than leaving you wondering whether the invite went through, each failed attempt produces a specific notification — whether the person already has access, has a pending invitation, or is an existing team member who should be added through your organization's member settings instead. Invitations to new external contacts continue to work as before.
