The problem
Standard service-request orders move through many stages: an estimate goes out, you sign the service agreement, mobilization is confirmed, the crew scans, the model gets processed, and the order is delivered. Before this, none of that was surfaced automatically. You had to check the platform or ask your project contact to find out where things stood, and a missed mobilization confirmation could quietly stall a whole order.
How it works
Every standard order (BIMIT and SCANIT) now runs through a lifecycle notification layer that fires from the real events behind each stage, not from a guess at when something "should" have happened. When your estimate is ready, your service agreement is signed, mobilization is confirmed, your prescan checklist is submitted, assets are finalized, processing starts, or your order is delivered, you get an email at the address on file, and the key milestones — new order, confirmation, payments, and processing — also appear in your in-app notifications.
The mobilization confirmation email in particular is now tied directly to the payment system that confirms your mobilization invoice was paid, instead of a client-side callback that could silently fail. That means the notification you get reflects what actually happened, not just what the browser tab managed to report before it closed.

No setup is needed. Once you have an active standard order, watch for stage emails at the address on your account, and check your notifications inside the platform for the same updates in one place.
Good to know
This covers standard service-request orders across BIMIT and SCANIT. BIMIT engine and AI processing runs themselves are unaffected, this layer only reports on the order lifecycle around them.
