External collaborators who accept a location invitation now land on a redesigned acceptance page that shows the location name and the details of who sent the invite, alongside a clear Accept button. Once accepted, the sidebar automatically shows the organization and the specific location that was shared with them. They can open that location, view its contents, and download files according to the permissions set when the invitation was sent.
Access is scoped precisely to what was shared. A collaborator sees only the location they were invited to — not other locations in the same organization. Existing team members with full organization access are unaffected and continue to see everything they could before.
A few edge cases are handled cleanly: revisiting an invite link that has already been accepted shows an Invitation Already Accepted message, and expired invitations show a corresponding expired state. In both cases, collaborators are pointed toward their existing access rather than left on a dead page.
To invite an external collaborator, go to the Members tab of a location and send an invitation by email. The recipient doesn't need an existing IPX account — they can create one as part of the acceptance flow. Once they accept, their access is live immediately.
