Measurements in the Element Explorer
Every row in the Element Explorer panel now shows a QTY column with the element count in EA (each). For categories that carry length or area data — pipes, ducts, walls, floors, and 56 other mapped types — a second line appears directly below the count showing the aggregated LF (linear feet) or SF (square feet) for that category. The values are pulled from the model geometry itself, so what you see reflects what was actually modeled.
Double-click to isolate a category
To focus the 3D view on a single category, double-click its row in the Element Explorer. Everything else in the model hides, and the selected row highlights so you can see what's active at a glance. Double-click the same row again to exit, or click the Show All button that appears at the top of the panel to bring all elements back at once. The previous crosshair button has been removed — double-click replaces it entirely.
What to keep in mind
Measurements appear only for categories where length or area data is present in the model. Categories without that data still show a QTY count; no secondary line appears for those rows. Isolation works one category at a time — selecting a second category while one is already isolated will swap to the new selection rather than adding to it. If you want to verify total floor area or run quantities before sending outputs to your team, this is the place to start.
