Finding the right file to download was harder than it needed to be when a location had multiple BIM model versions — all the files sat in a flat list with no clear sense of which was current or when each was produced.
The Download modal now organizes BIM Models into sub-groups by file type: RVT files appear first, followed by IFC. Within each group, files are sorted newest-first, and the most recent file gets a "Latest" badge so you can spot it at a glance. Every row shows either "Digitized on " for models that passed QA/QC verification, or "Uploaded " for files added manually — so you always know the provenance of what you're about to download.
The layout has also been tightened up: row icons are larger, sub-groups have more breathing room between them, and file-count indicators now appear as clean badge bubbles rather than inline parenthetical numbers. Open the modal from any location page and select BIM Models to see the updated view.
Orders that were previously labeled "Lost," "Rejected," or "Closed" in status pills and banners now read "Cancelled" consistently across the activity tab. The label reflects the outcome that matters to you, not internal pipeline terminology.
