Connecting your account starts in Settings → Integrations, a new tab in your organization settings. The Procore card shows your current connection status. Click Connect to start the authorization flow — you'll be taken to Procore to approve access, then returned to IPX automatically. Your credentials are encrypted and stored per organization, so everyone on your team shares one connection without each person needing to authorize separately. To remove access, click Disconnect on the same card; a confirmation step prevents accidental revocation.
Once connected, you can browse your Procore content directly from IPX. The browser loads your companies, then projects, then folders in a lazy tree — only fetching what you open, so large Procore accounts stay fast. A breadcrumb bar shows where you are as you navigate. If the folder you need doesn't exist yet, you can create it inline without switching to Procore. IPX remembers the last folder you used for each project, so repeat exports default to the right destination without reselection.
A few things to know:
- The Procore connection belongs to your organization. Any team member with the right permissions in IPX can use it once it's set up.
- Saved destinations are per IPX project — if you export multiple deliverables from the same project, the folder preference carries over each time.
- If Procore's API is slow to respond, IPX retries automatically before surfacing an error.
- The Settings → Integrations tab is where all third-party connections will appear as more are added.
