Clicking "View Checkout" on an estimate no longer creates a duplicate project
When you opened a public estimate link and clicked through to checkout, a second project record was created for the same location — even though the original project already existed. This could leave your project list with duplicate entries for the same address.
The checkout flow now looks up the project tied to the estimate before starting the order process. If a match is found, it continues from the original project rather than creating a new one. Existing estimates have been matched to their projects where the location and timing were unambiguous; a small number of older estimates where no clear match exists remain unlinked and will not be affected by the fix going forward.
As part of this change, estimate emails have been updated: the subject line now reads IPX Service Estimate: [service] – [Project Name], the email header shows the location name and project name more prominently, and the View Estimate button now appears in the correct brand color across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
