Clicking a notification from another org now switches context correctly

Clicking a notification that belonged to a different org left the sidebar and org switcher showing the wrong org — locations, activity, and other context stayed pinned to whichever org you were already viewing.

Notification links now carry the correct org context when you click them. The sidebar, org switcher, and location list all update to match the org the notification came from. Query parameters in the notification link (such as a specific tab) are preserved through the redirect, so you land in the right place with the right view active.
