Copy signing link is now available in step 3 of the change order amendment wizard. Click it to copy the signing URL to your clipboard, then forward it to whoever is authorized to sign the amendment. The icon swaps to a checkmark while it copies, confirming the link is ready. This mirrors the same hand-off pattern already available for service authorization forms — the recipient does not need an IPX account to open the link and sign.
The signing form itself has also been updated to match how signers expect to work. The signer name, email, billing contact, and signature date fields are now blank when the document opens — the authorized signer fills in their own details and dates the amendment themselves. Previously, those fields could arrive pre-populated with information that didn't belong to the signer, which required the signer to correct the form before signing. The date of issue field, by contrast, is still filled automatically with today's date so the document record is complete.
One additional accuracy fix: if a project has no active service authorization contract on file, the governing agreement section of the amendment document previously showed a misleading placeholder. It now reads "N/A" for the agreement type, date, and URL, so the document accurately reflects that no prior agreement governs the change order.
