CAD viewer stability and performance fixes
The CAD viewer could fall into an unrecoverable re-render loop under certain conditions, and measurement lines left behind visible artifacts after switching floors or assets.
The viewer no longer enters a continuous re-render cycle when loading CAD files. Measurement lines and distance labels are now fully cleared when you switch levels or assets — stale lines no longer persist on screen. CPU usage during measurement sessions is also noticeably lower: label updates now run at a fraction of their previous rate, and coordinate display no longer triggers redundant updates when the cursor hasn't moved. Toggling the sidebar resizes the viewer correctly without firing the resize handler more than once.
