BIM viewer no longer crashes while a model is still processing

Uploading a Revit file and switching to the BIM tab immediately could crash the viewer if the model hadn't finished processing yet.

The viewer now checks whether a model is still translating before trying to render it. While processing is underway, the BIM tab shows a "Processing BIM Model" state with the toolbar disabled — so the page stays usable and you know what to expect. Once processing completes, the model loads normally without any manual refresh.
