Comparing two versions of a model side by side used to label each pane "Version 1" or "Version 2," so you had to check the version selector separately to know which version you were actually looking at.
Each pane's badge now shows the version's own name, the same name you set in the version selector, so what you're comparing is unambiguous at a glance. Versions without a custom name still fall back to "Version N," and "(Latest)" still shows where it applies.
The comparison view also adapts when the pinned/split view narrows the BIM tab to half-width. Instead of squeezing two versions side by side into a cramped column, the panes now stack top and bottom so each version keeps a usable width. Side-by-side stays the layout when split view is closed or when you're in fullscreen.
