BIM assistant now displays data as tables in chat
When you asked the BIM assistant for a breakdown of model data — by element type, floor, category, or similar — it would sometimes decline, saying it couldn't display the information that way. The data was there; the chat surface just couldn't render it.
The assistant now displays structured data as formatted tables directly inside the chat panel. Columns align left, center, or right depending on the data, and the layout is sized to fit comfortably in the narrow chat bubble without horizontal scrolling. You can ask questions like "show me a breakdown by element type" or "how many doors are on each floor?" and get a scannable table back instead of a wall of text or a refusal.
A Copy button appears below each table. Clicking it puts the full table onto your clipboard as Markdown, with column alignment and any bold text preserved. This makes it straightforward to paste the breakdown into a report, a spreadsheet, or a message to your team — the formatting survives the transfer.
The change is in place for all conversations in the BIM viewer. No settings to adjust. If a previous question was met with a refusal, try asking again — the assistant will now render the table rather than decline.
