Each project card in the Activity tab now answers three questions without you having to expand it: what the current status is, what action (if any) is waiting on you, and when the deliverable is due.
What the redesigned card shows
From top to bottom, every collapsed card now carries:
- A status chip alongside the product badge (SCANIT or BIMIT) — so you can scan a list of projects and spot anything that needs attention without opening a single card.
- An action banner that surfaces the one thing you need to do right now. If a deposit is due, the banner says so and shows a Pay deposit button. If a scan date needs confirming, it shows Confirm scan date. If the project is ready, it shows View deliverables. If nothing is required from you, the banner reflects the current stage of work instead.
- A delivery countdown — for example, "Delivers in 4 days — Apr 28 · Ordered Apr 24" — so you can tell at a glance whether a project is on track or overdue. The date is formatted consistently regardless of your timezone.
- A progress bar for projects actively in production.
Projects that are closed (cancelled or otherwise concluded) collapse to a single compact row with a Start new project button, keeping the list tidy without losing the history.
Following an action from the card
Clicking a CTA on the action banner takes you directly to the right place:
- Pay deposit, Review estimate, Confirm scan date, and Continue draft all open the project wizard at the relevant step — no navigating through multiple screens.
- View deliverables takes you straight to the viewer tab for that project (the scan tab for SCANIT projects, the BIM tab for BIMIT and BIMIT Engine projects).
- Start new project opens the new project flow with the location pre-filled and any leftover state from previous sessions cleared.
Terminology update
Copy across the Activity tab now consistently uses "project" instead of "order" and "scan" instead of "point cloud." The Images tab within a project has been relabelled Site Photos. These are display changes only — no data or file names are affected.
