Two zones, one tab
The redesigned tab is divided into two areas. At the top, Project Cards group your active and completed orders. Each card shows the service type, who placed the order, current status, and a progress bar that reflects actual work completed — 100% for finished orders, and a step-by-step breakdown for anything still in progress. Completed orders are collapsed by default to keep active work front and center.
Expand any card to see four sections:
- Progress — each deliverable step listed with a label and indicator, so you can see exactly which phase (scanning, processing, QA, delivery) is done and what's still ahead.
- Timeline — scheduled deadlines for Architecture, Furniture, and MEPF deliverables, with a past-due flag if a date has been missed.
- Scope — interior/exterior coverage and square footage for the order.
- Billing — payment status, deposit and final amounts, and a link to the invoice.
Below the project cards, the Activity Feed shows a date-grouped log of recent changes across the location. Four filter buttons — All, Orders, Files, and Members — let you narrow the feed to the type of activity you're looking for. If there's no activity yet, or no orders at all, the tab shows a clear empty state rather than a blank screen.
Progress calculation
Progress percentages are computed from verified deliverable assets. For orders broken into levels or floors, each step contributes proportionally so the bar reflects real completeness rather than a rough estimate. Completed orders always show 100%.
This replaces the previous flat order card list entirely. Anything you tracked there is still available — it's just organized by project with more detail visible at a glance.
