When you opened the Activity tab for a busy location, all your in-progress work was hidden behind collapsed cards. Seeing where a project stood required extra clicks, even when the work was actively moving.
Active projects now expand automatically. Any order card with a status of In Progress, Active, or Order Request opens on its own when you load the Activity tab. Inside each expanded card, the Timeline section is also open by default, so you can see the latest progress steps without any additional interaction.
Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected orders stay collapsed, keeping finished work out of the way while you focus on what's in flight. If a location has only closed-out orders, nothing expands automatically — the tab stays clean.
The previous behavior expanded whichever card happened to appear first in the list, regardless of its status. That meant a completed project could take up space at the top while an active one sat hidden below it. The new logic is based on status, not position.
You can still collapse any auto-expanded card manually. That change is local to your session and won't affect what other team members see when they view the same location.
