Accept project invitations on sign-in without an email link
When invitation emails get blocked by corporate firewalls or spam filters, the people you've invited have had no way to accept access without that link arriving in their inbox.

When invitation emails get blocked by corporate firewalls or spam filters, the people you've invited have had no way to accept access without that link arriving in their inbox.
Now, when someone you've invited signs in to the IPX Platform, any pending invitations tied to their email address are automatically accepted on the spot. A modal appears at sign-in, confirms the accepted location, and offers a View Location button to go directly to the project — no email required at any point in the flow.
If the same person has been invited to more than one location, the modal walks through each one in sequence. A counter at the top ("1 of 3", "2 of 3") makes it clear how many are waiting, and a Next Location button moves through the list. All invitations are resolved in a single step rather than requiring separate actions for each.
Invitation links remain valid for 30 days from when they are sent, up from 7 days previously. This gives stakeholders and external collaborators more time to complete sign-in, even if the original email was delayed or needed to be resent.
If a network issue interrupts acceptance, the modal shows a clear error state with a Retry button. There is no stuck loading spinner — if something goes wrong, you will know, and you can try again immediately.
A few things to keep in mind: the modal only appears when the signed-in email address exactly matches the address that was invited. If a team member signs in with a different address than the one on their invitation, reach out to them to confirm which address they used, or resend the invitation to the correct address from the Members tab of the relevant project.
