This Service Authorization is entered into between Integrated Projects Technology Inc [the “Client”] and [Integrated Projects] [the “Vendor”] in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of Integrated Projects Technology Inc, dated 2024-09-16T20:24:01.000Z, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated by reference herein. Services performed under this Service Authorization will be rendered in accordance with and be subject to the terms and conditions of this Service Authorization and the Standard Terms. This Service Authorization is effective as of the Commencement of Services, and to the extent the Services commenced prior to the execution of this Service Authorization, Client and Consultant agree that this Service Authorization is retroactive and shall govern all Services. The terms and conditions of this Service Authorization shall supersede and take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions contained in any proposal prepared by Consultant attached to or referenced by this Service Authorization. Executed as a deed, by an authorized representative of the Client.
